What is your shipping policy? TOP

Most orders within the continental US are shipped USPS. Large orders and tack will be sent UPS. It usually takes 2 - 3 days for your order to arrive.

How much will shipping cost? TOP
We are very proud of our affordable shipping. Conchos and smaller items are charged a flat rate of 5.95 no matter the size of the order. Halters and tack range from 7.95 - 10.95. Rope cans are 15.95.

How much is international shipping? TOP
Our shopping cart estimates shipping charges for international orders. We will adjust prices for actual shipping costs once we ship your order. Feel free to contact us before ordering for international shipping rates or with any questions. Some countries have restrictions on leather imports - please check your import policy. What is your return policy? TOP
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away! We will issue refunds (less shipping costs) for merchandise returned within 14 days. We do not issue refunds on custom orders, but will gladly work with you to correct any problems you have with your order.

Does your paint peel off? TOP
Our paint is very durable. This is because we hand-craft each piece of leather and are able to prepare the surface before sewing. This is the key step in paint adhesion. We have also spent a great deal of time experimenting with paints and sealants, and are confident that we create the best painted tack products on the market.

What kind of rhinestones do you use? TOP

We use only Swarovski rhinestones. They are more expensive, but their bling is noticibly brighter. If you find less expensive conchos, they most likely are not using Swarovski.

Our rhinestone spots are made with Swarovski rhinestones. They are much nicer than the acrylic spots you often see on tack. They are set in a rim setting with 2 spikes that go through the leather.

What type of conchos do you use? TOP
We use the best conchos available to create our rhinestone conchos. There is an economy grade of concho out there - beware! We do NOT use them - they are thin and will easily tarnish. Our shiny silver conchos are sturdy, thicker and real silver plated conchos. They have long lasting shine and are beautiful with or without bling!

Do your rhinestones fall off or turn yellow? TOP

We use a very strong industrial adhesive. It will not dull the rhinestone color and will not yellow. Rhinestones stay put in freezing temperatures as well as hot Texas summers. We have tested its durability and are very pleased with the results.

As an added safety measure, you can apply a thin top coat of clear fingernail polish over the rhinestones.

How do you care for painted leather? TOP

Our painted leather is very durable. If it becomes dirty, just wipe clean with a damp cloth. Apply oil to the back of tack pieces as you would unpainted tack to keep them from drying out.
